Delete your Fourfold account
Fourfold, by Hicksmore & Harrison · Last updated 8 October 2026
You only have a Fourfold account if you turned on Sync and signed in with Apple or Google. Without one, everything is on your phone: deleting the app deletes it.
In the app
- Open Fourfold and tap the cog for Settings.
- Under Sync, tap Delete account, then Delete.
- If asked, sign in with Apple or Google once more, to confirm it is you.
That deletes, straight away:
- your account and its sign-in (your account’s ID, email address and name);
- every task you shared by link from the account (its text and your “From” name), so the link stops working; the other person’s own copy, on their phone, stays;
- its copy of your tasks;
- its record of your Premium trial’s start and of which device was syncing.
The tasks on your phone stay on your phone. To remove them too, delete the app.
Without the app
Email admin@hicksmoreandharrison.com with the subject “Delete my Fourfold account”, from the email address you sign in with (or tell us which one it is, and whether you sign in with Apple or Google).
We will reply to confirm, and delete the account and everything listed above within 30 days.
What deleting the account does not remove
- Tasks shared from a phone that was never signed in to your account: they belong to no account. They expire on their own (see the privacy policy), or send us the links and we will erase them.
- Your purchase history at RevenueCat, which tells Fourfold whether you have Premium. Ask us in the same email and we will erase it.
- Your subscription. Deleting the account does not cancel it. Cancel in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions) or on iPhone (Settings, your name, Subscriptions) first.
- Google Play’s and Apple’s own records of what you bought, which they keep under their own policies.
