Fourfold terms of use

Last updated 8 October 2026

Fourfold is published by Hicksmore & Harrison (“we”). By using it you agree to these terms. They are short, and written to be read. Questions: admin@hicksmoreandharrison.com.

Using Fourfold

Fourfold is free to download and use. Capture, the four lists, the wheel, the overview, Completed, search, sharing tasks, the settings and Sync for one device are free, always. You may use Fourfold for your own tasks, at home or at work. Please do not misuse it: do not try to break or get round how it works, or use shared links to send anything unlawful or abusive.

What you write is yours. You are responsible for what you put in tasks you share with other people.

Your tasks and Sync

We work hard to keep Fourfold and Sync reliable, and Sync is built never to lose a task, but we cannot promise the app or the service will always be available or free of faults. Fourfold is provided as it is, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer law, or our responsibility for anything the law does not let us exclude.

How we handle your data is in the privacy policy. You can delete your account at any time: here is how.

On iPhone

If you got Fourfold from the App Store, Apple’s standard licence agreement for apps also applies. These terms are between you and us, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for Fourfold or its support.

Changes

If these terms change, we will update this page and its date. If a change matters to you, you can stop using Fourfold and delete your account.
